Job Description

1. Plan confirmation and requirement confirmation, responsible for contacting and organizing the implementation of construction drawing design work to ensure the smooth completion of the design project;

2. Manage the entire professional process design work of the construction project, timely complete the pre construction drawing review, on-site layout, and visa change management related to design sections during the construction process;

3. Accurately and timely provide information to other departments, and promptly handle technical issues related to the profession during construction and construction;

4. Cooperate with relevant departments of the company to complete the preparation of design budget estimates;

5. Organize internal review, joint review, and disclosure of architectural design drawings, seal building materials, review design changes, and manage drawing materials;

6. Manage the execution and preliminary review of architectural design changes for various construction projects of the company;

7. Cooperate with relevant departments to participate in the planning, application, and acceptance of construction projects;

8. Determine internal design standards and establish processes related to design within the company;

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in architectural design major;

2. At least 5 years of design management experience, leading the design and management of two or more projects in various disciplines. Experience in the entire project design and management of production plants, office buildings, and industrial parks is preferred;

3. Proficient in engineering practices, civil engineering structures, landscape, interior and other related professional knowledge, familiar with quality control requirements for architecture, interior, landscape, etc., familiar with professional knowledge related to electromechanical and HVAC, and understand building design and construction process specifications.

4. Proficient in communicating with various departments, supervision units, construction units, design institutes, and other relevant units within the company, with strong organizational and coordination abilities.

5. Proficient in operating various office software, CAD drawing, BIM, PS and other software.

6. Familiar with engineering construction technology, building and decoration materials, and project management.
