Welcome to use Rockcore Electronics products and services!

Please carefully read and fully understand the terms of the "Rockcore Electronics-User Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") before registering as a user of Rockcore Electronics APP (hereinafter referred to as "this product" or "APP") and using related services (hereinafter referred to as "this service"). Pay special attention to the clauses that involve exemption or limitation of liability. The clauses that restrict, exempt liability, or other clauses that affect your significant rights will be highlighted in bold, underlined, or other forms to draw your attention. Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this Agreement, you will not be able to register for a Rockcore Electronics APP account or use the services provided by this product. Your registration, login, and information publishing actions will be regarded as your acknowledgement and agreement to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement or any of its terms, please do not register or use this product and related services, and you should immediately stop the registration process.

If you do not have full capacity for civil conduct due to factors such as age or mental ability, please read and assess whether you agree to this Agreement with the presence of your legal guardian (hereinafter referred to as the "Guardian") before using this product and related services. In this case, you and your legal guardian shall bear all consequences arising from this in accordance with legal provisions. If you are a user outside mainland China, your establishment or performance of this Agreement and your use of this service also need to comply with the laws of your country or region of residence.

1、Definitions and Scope of the Agreement

1、Definitions

Rockcore Electronics:refers to Shanghai Rockcore Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. and its related operational affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us").

Rockcore Electronics APP User:refers to an organization that registers, logs in, and uses the Rockcore Electronics APP and services in the name of the enterprise, and obtains administrative permissions (hereinafter referred to as "Enterprise User").

End User:refers to individuals or personal users who are either provided with Rockcore Electronics APP services by the Enterprise User or invited by the Enterprise User to join their organization and use the Rockcore Electronics APP.

Administrator:When you are an Enterprise User, an Administrator refers to an individual who has obtained legal authorization from you as your authorized agent. The administrative privileges include but are not limited to managing personnel, departments, authentication sources, and single sign-on applications within the Rockcore Electronics APP. You agree that the actions of the Administrator represent your will and have equal legal effect as your own actions. You also agree to bear all legal consequences and responsibilities arising from the actions of the Administrator.

The aforementioned "Rockcore Electronics APP User" and "End User" are collectively referred to as "Users" or "All Users" in this agreement, and more specifically addressed as "you".

2、Scope of Agreement

This agreement is the agreement between you and Rockcore Electronics regarding your download, installation, and use of the Rockcore Electronics APP. It includes the main body of this agreement, the "Rockcore Electronics - User Privacy Policy," and various specifications, rules, notices, etc., that Rockcore Electronics has already published or may publish/update in the future and reasonably notify you through appropriate means. All rules are an integral part of this agreement and have equal legal effect.

2、Account Registration

We will collect, process, and use the personal information contained in the registration information you submit in strict accordance with the provisions of the "Rockcore Electronics - User Privacy Policy."

3、Services provided by Rockcore Electronics

1、Account Registration:We provide account registration services through email, mobile phone number, and third-party social platforms (mobile phone number and third-party social platform registration is only available within the territory of the People's Republic of China, and third-party social platform registration is only available for Rockcore PV application software). Through this service, you can have your own account.

2、Create Photovoltaic Power Plants Online:You can create an online power plant based on the physical information of your photovoltaic power plant, and add our data acquisition devices in the power plant to achieve mapping of your real-life power plant.

3、Data Information Collection:Our data acquisition devices collect data from inverters and other devices and send it to our cloud service system, which processes and stores the data. The data includes the following information:

1. The setup information you provide, such as home address, postal code, the size of the photovoltaic products you will install, and any third-party products associated with your account.
2. Total power generation, total real-time power, real-time power generation, inverter information (operating status, communication status, channel voltage, channel power, channel current, etc.)
3. Environmental data from multiple sensors built-in or associated with the product or third-party products, such as temperature, home automation products, and electrical appliances.
4. Technical information of the product, such as software or firmware version, system alerts.
5. When you use our online design tool, this service will also collect and store the following information: setup information, including address, location coordinates, and satellite images captured by Google Maps; system design, including the type and layout of photovoltaic modules.

4、Big data statistics:We collect and analyze data through our big data system, and ultimately display real-time and historical data on power generation, power consumption, grid, and battery for your installed power station (depending on the devices you have connected and the grid type of your power station).

5、Data export:You can export your power station and device data from the web system for further analysis on your own.

6、Receiving abnormal information:You can choose whether to receive alarm messages and offline messages. Once there is an alarm or offline event in your power station, we will send an email or SMS to your email address or mobile phone.

4、User operation content guidelines

1、The content described in this clause refers to any content monitored, recorded, or operated by users during the use of this app, including but not limited to registration information such as account avatars, names, user descriptions, as well as adding, deleting, and updating micro inverters, and other content generated using the account or this service.

2、Any content generated by users through or monitored by this service in relation to micro inverters does not reflect or represent, and shall not be deemed to reflect or represent our views, positions, or policies. We do not assume any responsibility for such content.

3、Users are prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors using their app accounts or this service:

(1) Using technical means to alter the data generated by micro inverters；

(2) Forcing or inducing other users to provide or share monitoring permissions；

(3) Fabricating facts, concealing the truth, and misleading or deceiving others；

(4) Using technical means to create a large number of fake accounts；

(5) Engaging in any illegal activities using this APP account or this service；

(6) Engaging in any activities that harm the security of computer information networks, including but not limited to: cracking, sabotaging, deleting, modifying, or adding to network services and related software or hardware; deleting, modifying, or adding to data and applications stored or transmitted in computer information networks; stealing passwords from others using software or hardware, illegally intruding into others' computer systems; intentionally creating and spreading destructive programs such as computer viruses; and other activities that harm the security of computer information networks；

(7) Creating, publishing, operating, or disseminating methods and tools related to the aforementioned actions, whether or not these activities are for commercial purposes；

(8) Engaging in other activities that violate laws, regulations, policies, social order, public morality, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users, disrupt the normal operation of this APP, or engage in unauthorized activities not explicitly authorized by us.

If you engage in any of the aforementioned activities while using this APP, it may constitute a fundamental breach of this agreement, and you will be held legally responsible for your actions.The forms of legal liability include, but are not limited to: compensating the injured party for the damages caused; and in the event that Rockcore Electronics bears administrative penalties or infringement compensation liabilities (including litigation costs, attorney fees, and other related legal expenses) resulting from your actions, you shall immediately compensate Rockcore Electronics for an equal amount. Additionally, depending on the specific circumstances of the violation, Rockcore Electronics has the right to independently determine and immediately suspend or terminate some or all of the services provided to you, including measures such as account locking, cancellation, and deletion.

4、Users are fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy, and effectiveness of the information provided using their APP account or through the services offered. Any legal liability related to the information disseminated by the user shall be borne by the user themselves and shall not be attributed to us. If any damage is caused to us or any third party as a result, the user shall compensate us in accordance with the law.

5、The services we provide may include advertisements, and users agree to display advertisements provided by us, third-party suppliers, and partners while using the services. Except as expressly provided by laws and regulations, users are responsible for any transactions made based on the information in those advertisements. We are not liable for any losses or damages incurred by users as a result of transactions or the content provided by the aforementioned advertisers.

6、To prevent unauthorized access to your data and unauthorized use of the service, you agree to keep confidential the user ID, password, or any other means of accessing data or information through the service. The loss, theft, or illegal use of your user ID and password may result in damage or loss of product data or functionality. Do not disclose your user ID and password to others. Rockcore Electronics is not responsible for any losses or damages caused by your violation of the above requirements. We may choose to change password parameters without prior notice. If we change the password parameters, you will need to update your password accordingly.

5、Intellectual Property

1、Rockcore Electronics is the intellectual property rights holder of this product.The copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights of this product, as well as all information and content related to this product (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, graphics, interface design, layout framework, related data, or electronic documents) are protected by laws, regulations, and relevant international treaties. Rockcore Electronics legally owns the aforementioned intellectual property rights, except for the rights that should be enjoyed by the relevant rights holders in accordance with legal provisions.

2、Without the written consent of Rockcore Electronics or the relevant rights holders, you are not allowed to independently, assist, or authorize any third party to exercise, exploit, or transfer the aforementioned intellectual property rights in any form, for any commercial or non-commercial purposes.

3、Unless expressly authorized in writing by Rockcore Electronics or the relevant rights holders, you are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using this product:

（1）Deleting, editing, or obscuring any information regarding copyright, trademarks, or other rights identifiers or markings on this product and its copies；

（2）Copying, publishing, selling, or renting this product or any part thereof；

（3）Engaging in reverse engineering, reverse assembling, reverse compiling, or attempting to discover, extract, or retrieve the source code of this product through any other means；

（4）Any other actions that involve modifying, deleting, or altering this product or the data generated by this product, including creating, utilizing, or authorizing any third-party cheats, plugins, or systems for such purposes.

4、If you are a corporate user, you agree that we may use your name, trade name, trademark, or other identifying information or logos both online and offline for promotional purposes to indicate our partnership.

6、Third-party software or technology

1、This product may utilize third-party software or technology (including open-source code and public domain code, among others) that has been legally licensed for such use.

2、If this product utilizes third-party software or technology, Rockcore Electronics will comply with relevant regulations or agreements and may present related agreements or other documents in various forms, such as attachments to this agreement or packaging them in the product's documentation center. They may be expressed in the form of"Software License Agreement," "Authorization Agreement," "Open Source Code License," or other forms.

3、The aforementioned agreements or other documents presented in various forms are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as this agreement. You should comply with these requirements.If you fail to comply with these requirements, the third party or government agency may initiate legal proceedings against you, impose fines, or take other punitive measures, and may require Rockcore Electronics to provide assistance. You shall be solely responsible for any legal liabilities.

7、Exemption from liability

1、You are obligated to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration, and ensure the timeliness, completeness, and security of your email address, contact phone number, contact address, postal code, and other related information. You are responsible for maintaining and promptly updating your personal information to ensure its truthfulness, accuracy, validity, and completeness.If you provide any incorrect, false, outdated, or incomplete information, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the information you provided is incorrect, false, outdated, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend, lock, or terminate your account and refuse your use of all or part of the services provided by this app. In such cases, this app shall not bear any responsibility, and you agree to assume all direct or indirect expenses or losses incurred as a result.

2、In the following circumstances, Rockcore Electronics has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of all or part of the services to you without any liability:

(1) Rockcore Electronics, without charging you, reserves the right to independently and fully decide, based on reasonable grounds, to terminate your login password, username (or any part thereof), or your use of the services if you have violated the literal or substantive meaning of this agreement, or if you have acted in a manner that is inconsistent with the literal or substantive meaning of this agreement.

(2) In any of the following situations, Rockcore Electronics may immediately issue a warning, suspend or terminate your account and services, delete any existing information, as well as any other materials displayed by you on this website:

（a）You violate this agreement.

（b）Rockcore Electronics is unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to Rockcore Electronics.

（c）Rockcore Electronics believes that your actions may result in legal liability for you, other Rockcore Electronics users, or third-party service providers who provide services through Rockcore Electronics.

（d）It has been discovered that you are engaged in fraudulent and other illegal activities related to this product.

For items (a), (b), and (c), Rockcore Electronics does not restrict users from taking relevant remedial measures.

3、Rockcore Electronics shall not be held responsible for the consequences of any suspension or termination measures taken in accordance with this agreement.

4、Rockcore Electronics will implement any measures to suspend or terminate your use of the services in accordance with this agreement with prudence and fulfill the obligation to notify. Even if you have been informed that you cannot continue to use Rockcore Electronics' services, all relevant information in your account will continue to be kept by Rockcore Electronics. Unless otherwise specified in this agreement, Rockcore Electronics may access and provide proof of the content of relevant documents for you.

5、Due to the inherent instability of the internet, Rockcore Electronics cannot guarantee that the services will not experience delays or interruptions under specific circumstances. In the event that the system fails to operate normally due to relevant conditions, resulting in the user's inability to use any Rockcore Electronics services or any impact on the use of this service, Rockcore Electronics shall not be held liable for any losses incurred by the user or any third party, including but not limited to property, profits, data, or other intangible losses. The aforementioned conditions include, but are not limited to:

（1）During the system maintenance period of this service；

（2）During the period of telecommunications equipment failure and maintenance, data transmission cannot be carried out；

（3）The interruption or delay of this service caused by computer viruses, trojans, other malicious programs, hacker attacks, technical adjustments or failures of telecommunications departments and network providers, website upgrades, banking issues, or any other reasons beyond the legal requirements for security obligations；

（4）Due to force majeure events such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars, terrorist attacks, or any other uncontrollable factors, the service system may encounter obstacles that prevent the execution of business operations.

（5）The interruption, termination, or delay of this service caused by changes in laws and regulations, orders, or rulings from judicial or administrative authorities (and not due to any fault on the platform's part).

6、Any losses caused by user's faults, including but not limited to: improper operation, forgetting or disclosing passwords, passwords being cracked by others, intrusion into the user's computer system by third parties, losses caused by malicious or improper operations by others when the user entrusts others to sign on their behalf， Rockcore Electronics shall not bear any responsibility.

8、Notification and Delivery

1、Notification Method: For the terms of this agreement and any other agreements, notices, or other communications regarding your use of this service account and services, you agree that we may notify you electronically. Electronic notifications may include but are not limited to email, announcements on this app or partner websites, or notifications on wireless communication devices.

2、Delivery:If notifications are made through public announcements on the app, they shall be deemed as delivered once they are posted on the app. In addition, any personalized notifications sent to you will be delivered to the email address or mobile phone number you provided to the app during registration or when updating your user information. Once sent, they shall be deemed as delivered.Please pay close attention to your email and SMS messages on your mobile phone. You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information you provide is accurate and up to date. If you fail to receive such notifications on the day they are sent due to inaccurate contact information or failure to update your contact information in a timely manner, we shall not be held responsible.

3、Notification Content:You agree that Rockcore Electronics may contact you and provide you with relevant information using the contact information you registered on this app. This includes, but is not limited to, administrative notifications, product information, communication related to your use of this app, and advertisements. The above-mentioned delivery methods also apply to related arbitration or judicial procedures (including filing, trial, execution, etc.).

9、Applicable Laws and Dispute Resolution

1、The place of signing this agreement is Pudong New Area, Shanghai, People's Republic of China.

2、The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).

3、If you access this website from any other country or region, please ensure compliance with the relevant laws regarding accessing and using this website in your local jurisdiction. However, this shall not be deemed as a waiver of our rights or remedies under the terms of this agreement, unless such waiver is presented in writing and signed by us.

4、If any disputes or controversies arise between you and Rockcore Electronics, you should first attempt to resolve them through friendly negotiations. If the negotiations fail, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the competent People's Court in the place where this agreement is signed (Pudong New Area, Shanghai).

5、The delay or failure on our part to exercise any rights or remedies shall not be construed as a waiver of such rights or remedies. Furthermore, a single waiver shall not affect our ability to exercise such rights or remedies in the future or any other rights or remedies.

10、Others

1、This agreement shall become effective from the date you select and successfully register as a user of this app. Unless this app terminates the agreement or the user loses the qualification as a user of this app, this agreement shall remain valid. The termination of this agreement does not exempt the user from the obligations and responsibilities stipulated in this agreement or other relevant agreements and rules.Rockcore Electronics has the right to modify the terms of this agreement when necessary. You can refer to the latest version of the agreement terms on the relevant service pages. By continuing to use this app after the modification of the agreement terms, it shall be deemed that you have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you should stop using this app.

2、The headings of all the clauses in this agreement are for convenience of reading purposes only and do not have any substantive meaning. They should not be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this agreement.

3、If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be binding on both parties.

4、If this agreement has multiple language versions, such as Chinese and English, and there are inconsistencies between the corresponding contents, the Chinese version shall prevail.
